Mr. Seitles represents high-profile foreign nationals who are seeking removal from the Office of Foreign Assets Control List, commonly referred to as the Clinton List. Mr. Seitles negotiated an unprecedented agreement for the family members of the heads of the Cali Cartel, Miguel and Gilberto Rodriguez-Orejuela which includes removal from the OFAC List as Specially Designated Narcotraffickers.

OFAC enforces and sanctions United States companies and individuals from doing business with those engaged in terrorism, drug dealing, international drug trafficking, and in the proliferation of weapons. OFAC also may designate foreign nationals who often then have their assets frozen, cannot open bank accounts, obtain credit cards, or even health insurance. Foreign nationals include narcotics traffickers, terrorists, and individuals accused of money laundering and dealing in illegal weapons.
