After presenting evidence that Justin Magnuson was neither a drug trafficker nor a money launderer, Marc Seitles convinced the government to dismiss the federal indictment against him in exchange for a lesser charge, sentence of time-served with no fine or supervised release. Justin, a successful Dallas entrepreneur, had been accused of conspiring to traffic over 1000 kilograms of marijuana and launder millions of dollars.
Only a few months after being released, Justin established The Justice Reform Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at helping those negatively affected by the criminal justice system.
